Business in the front, party in the back! The mullet hair style is back. Let your “Rooster Tail” spread it’s wings at the World Chicken Festival. We want to see want the coolest Roostertail Mullet hairstyles. Somerset Community College Cosmetology program will be the panel of judges.

18+ Up Years and up Division: 1st $100, 2nd $75, 3rd $50
