2009 World Chicken Festival featured a variety of entertainment, from music and
dance to comedy and contests. You'll find fun and "egg-citement"
whenever you visit the festival.
Music and entertainment abounds on four big stages --
The Stage of Stars,
on Broad Street, Berry Cupp, announcer. Lights, stage, sound and video by
Pro Video/Audio.
The Sanders Court Stage,
hosted by WKFC, the Bandit, 101.9 &
Mix 96,
sound by Brad Jones.
The World Class Gospel Music Stage, Kip
Jervis, announcer.

The World Chicken Festival is egg-cited to announce that for the past
several years running, the World Class Gospel Tent has been a huge hit
with festival-goers. This year, an even more diverse line-up of local and
national recording artists are set to perform in the Gospel Tent. The Tent
will be in operation on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 25th and 26th, 2009
beginning at 12:30 pm both days.
The
World Class Gospel Tent is located at the north end of the festival, just
steps away from the World's Largest Skillet.
The Kiddie World
Stage featuring The Grandpa Cratchet Show presenting "The Golden Rule"
You also find an array of entertainment throughout the festival.
